Founded in 1370 and dedicated to a life of prayer and work, the Brigittine Monks are completely self-supporting. In our quiet monastery located in the lush Willamette Valley in Oregon, the monks produce some of the most heavenly, creamy-smooth fudge and flavorful, hand-rolled truffles in the world. 

If you find yourself in the quiet town of Amity or nearby McMinnville, visit our monastery and gift shop. You can taste our handmade fudge and two sizes of truffles in many flavors, stop for a quiet moment in our church, and enjoy the beautiful scenery. Of course, you can also take home a box or two or more of your favorites!

To give our artisan chocolate to your employees, clients, customers or vendors for the holidays, or just to say “thank you,” we offer two Corporate Gift Plans. You may pay for your order with either a corporate check or credit card (no American Express, please).

We’ll ship directly to your business. Minimum order is one case (24 boxes).

You can choose to wrap or give each box individually, or tuck our chocolate into a gift basket with other products. Anyone who receives our chocolate will rave about its quality and flavor … you’ll be praised for your choice of gifts!

PLAN B

We’ll ship individual packages to your gift list, each with a personalized note you provide. This is a wonderful way to customize your gift for each individual, without doing the work to send each package. Minimum order is one case (24 boxes).

To deliver the freshest artisan chocolate possible, please place your orders at least two weeks in advance. If you’re shipping for the holiday season to deliver by Christmas, please place your orders by December 1st.

Your fudge and truffles are shipped via USPS priority flat rate box — US only. International shipments will be sent via priority mail for an additional shipping charge. UPS and FedEx shipping are also available.

Any returns, reshipments and address changes will incur additional charges. Please provide correct and current mailing addresses.

Our Tasting Room is Open!

Watch for the blue signs! We’re 6 miles from Hwy 18 to the Coast, turn at Bellevue. Or turn off 99W at Amity for a beautiful drive through the country. Look for our sign along a hazelnut orchard and turn at Monastery Lane.

Want to taste? Just ask!

We welcome your visit to our grounds and our tasting room. In our tasting room and gift shop you can buy a single chocolate truffle to go, or make up your own collection. You also find 4.5 oz boxes of our Petite Truffles. There are flavors in our tasting room you can’t find online.

We ship via USPS flat rate shippers. And we can fit 2 to 9 boxes of chocolate (mix any combination of Truffles Royale, Petite Truffles or Fudge Royale) in one shipper for one shipping price, $16.95 for 2 to 9 boxes of chocolate.
